• Up to 100 black banquet-style chairs

• Prep kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and sink

Comfort Features:

• Central air and heat for all-season hosting

Rental Pricing (2025):

Weekday Rentals:

• 4 hours: $1,200
• Additional hour: $150/per
• Full day: $2,000

Weekend Rentals:

• 4 hours: $1,500
• Additional hour: $200/per
• Full day: $2,500

Additional Requirements/Fees:

• Overflow parking: $250 (required for events with 30+ guests)
• Day-of-event insurance is required (estimated cost: $50–$100)
