Rental Pricing (2025):

Weekday Rentals (M-Th):

• 4 Hours: $1,200
  • Additional hour(s): $150
• Full Day: $2,000

Weekend Rentals (Fri-Sun)::

• 4 hours: $1,500
  • Additional hour: $200/per
• Full Day (6am-2am) $2,500

Other Requirements/Fees

• $500 Security Retainer (becomes refundable*)
• Overflow Parking: $250 (required for events with 30 or more guests)
• Day of Event Insurance: estimated cost is $50-$150
